PURPOSE:To perform said molding without deformation of a peripheral part of thin-wall parts, by drilling a hole on the thin-wall parts at a position opposing to a gate, injecting a covering material to a front of the thin-wall parts and at the same time feeding a part of the covering material through the hole to a back side. CONSTITUTION:Thin-wall parts 2 is set in a mold 1 and a hole 22 of the thin- wall parts is opposed to a gate 12 of the mold and a covering material 3 is poured into a space 11 for molding and solidified, thus a periphery of a front and a back of the thin-wall parts 2 is covered with the covering material 3. When the covering material 3 is poured, a part of it is fed through the hole 22 to the back side. Because the front and the back of the thin-wall parts 2 receive an injection pressure almost at the same time and uniformly, the peripheral part of the thin-wall parts 2 does not deform and production of a defective is prevented. Also, an injected material 3 of the front side and the back side is firmly and integrally bonded through the hole 22 and covering strength by the injected material can be improved. |
