PURPOSE:To enable the black matrix and the phosphor screen of a color-picture tube to be made and further pattern forming which is applicable to the reproduction of an optical figure and phosphorography to be done without consuming much water. CONSTITUTION:After irradiating a film 2 formed by spreading a water soluble positive type photosensitive composite material on a glass plate 1 by the light of a mercury lamp through a shadow mask 3, it is washed by bringing it in contact with the vapor of thick aquenous ammonia. A black film part 5 is formed by sprinkling graphite powder on a thin layer 4 formed by spreading the aquenous solution of a light tacking composite material on the glass plate 1 and drying it by hot air. Next, after exposing it for producing light tackiness by irradiating it by the light of a mercury lamp, it is sprinkled with the powder of a phosphor and exposed. Then, a phosphor 6 sticks only on parts on which the light tackiness is produced. |
