PURPOSE:To make the varying degrees of the atmospheric temp. irrespective and to make the supply of a constant amt. of an emulsifier possible in the stage of producing emulsified fuel by utilizing ultrasonic energy by heating a supplying device for the emulsifier and maintaining the temp. of the emulsifier at a constant temp. CONSTITUTION:Water, liquid fuel, and an emulsifier are supplied from a water tank 5, a liquid fuel tank 6, and an emulsifier tank 13 through conduits 4, 3 to an emulsifying tank 2, where it is emulsified by the ultrasonic oscillations of the fine tip of an ultrasonic horn 1, whereby it is made into emulsified fuel which is burned at a nozzle 11 of a burner 12. In this case, the tank 13 and the outside circumference of a supply pipe 14 thereof are heated to a constant temp. by a heater 16. The heater is turned on and off repeatedly cooperatively with a temp. detector 15 for the emulsifier thereby maintaining the temp. of the emulsifier always constant. The emulsifier is heated to a constant temp. irrespectively of the temp. of the outside air and since the viscosity is maintained constant, always a constant amt. of the emulsifier is supplied to the tank 1 and the stable emulsified fuel is obtained. |
