PURPOSE:To smplify the information check program of a CPU and to check whether or not the reception information has an error in a short time, by producing the CRC code only with shift and addition processings of registers. CONSTITUTION:A main controller 1 and a terminal device 2 are both provided with a central processing unit (CPU) and a line controller for correspondence and they mutually make correspondece. The information including instructions to control the terminal device 2 is transmitted from the main controller 1 to the terminal device 2 and various data generated at the terminal device 2 are transmitted from the terminal device 2 to the controller 1. To check whether or not the information is correctly transmitted in the correspondence between the main controller 1 and the terminal device 2, the CRC code is produced and transmitted in compliance with the CRC operation equation f=X<16>+X<12>+X<5>+1 through the shift and addition processings of registers. |
