<p>PURPOSE:To ensure the stable drive of a tape by providing a fixed guide on a chassis and controlling the gradient degree of the guide in the direction rectangular to the tape driving direction. CONSTITUTION:A fixed guide 12 is tilted slightly toward the front side and a tape 6 is energized downward. The tape 6 undergoes its height control via the lower flanges at the loading guide roller parts 2 and 3. While the tape 6 is pressed to a lead l with the downward energizing force at the other side and therefore the tape 6 is moved along the lead. In such a way, the drive of the tape is controlled between guide rollers 2 and 3 and therefore no influence is received from a guide roller 10, etc. Thus the tape is stably driven. Furthermore the driving height of the tape 6 driven along the lead i.e., the flange control and increase of the upper tension of the tape 6 needed at the output side of a tape guide drum 1 are attained at a time if the height of the lower flange is set at first at a prescribed level at the positions of rollers 2 and 3 respectively. As a result, the tape 6 can have a sure touch to a head at the output side.</p> |
