PURPOSE:To obtain a small-sized and lightweight hybrid integrated circuit having high oscillation accuracy, whose oscillating section is airtightly sealed and which can adjust the oscillating frequency by controlling the electromagnetic field leaking outward. CONSTITUTION:A perforated hole 9 is installed in a stem consisting of the whole oscillating circuit, and the hole 9 is airtightly sealed by an inorganic insulating board 5, whose periphery is metallized. A dielectric resonator 4 is adhered on the insulating board 5 and a microstrip circuit 3 and an oscillator circuit composed of an active element 8 are mounted around the resonator 4. To protect the active element 8 and to prevent lowering in Q due to water absorption into the surface of the resonator 4, etc., the circuit mentioned above is airtightly sealed by welding a cap 2 to the stem 1. In a device using this oscillator, an oscillator mounting box body havng a screw 10 is used at a location facing to the perforated hole 9, and the oscillating frequency is controlled by adjusting the screw 10. |
