PURPOSE:To obtain an electro-pneumatic transducer that is small, has a simple structure, and does not require a lever mechanism, by incorporating integrally an electromagnetic part including a magnetic circuit, etc. and a restoring part that feedbacks a converted air pressure. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical space 12 is formed over the magnetic circuit comprising a permanent magnet 11, and a solenoid coil 13 is placed in a magnetic field of the space 12. The coil 13 is wound on the side surface 15 of a cup-like movable member 14, and an air nozzle 17 is faced to top surface 16 of the movable member 14, and the back pressure thereof is introduced via a pipe 18 to a control input of a pilot valve 19. An outer resilient body 20 and an inner resilient body 21 extend respectively between upper and lower ends of the side surface 15 and the permanent magnet 11 to form a restoring pressure chamber 22 to which an output pressure of the pilot valve 19 is introduced via a hole 23 and a pipe 24. The area of the inner resilient body 21 is large as compared with the area of the outer resilient body 20 so that a downward forcing pressure can be exerted by the output pressure. |
