PURPOSE:To realize smooth cutting without using running oil by fitting the plural number of cutters on tool shaft edge part, providing guide members in front of said cutters through bearings, arranging compressed air ejection pipes adjacently to the cutters and ejecting scraps by means of compressed air. CONSTITUTION:The plural number of cutters 2, fitted on edge part of a tool shaft 1 through cutter fitting tables 3, are sent in the direction of an arrow b with rotation of the tool shaft 1 to cut the interior of a pipe P. The plural number of guiding means 5 are provided in front of the cutters 2 through bearings 10,10' to guide the cutters 2 to predetermined positions. Said means 5 can press guide pawls which rotate freely by pins 6, to the interior of the pipe by means of springs 8. Compressed air ejection pipes 4 are arranged adjacently to the cutters 2 and eject scraps to the rear. |
