PURPOSE:To improve lubricating properties and cleanability of a blade remarkably without using a lubricant to a toner, by forming the cleaning blade by contg. denatured polysiloxane oil having reactivity to a polyurethane rubber. CONSTITUTION:A prepolymer such as polyester polyol, etc. is cured with tri-isopanolamine, etc. to prepare polyurethane rubber contg. an isocyanate group. To the polyurethane rubber, e.g. 0.1-10wt%, preferably 0.5-5wt% to a blade forming material denatured polysiloxane oil having a hydroxyl group and an amino group which react chemically with an org. substance is added to prepare an urethane cured material. By this way, lubricating properties and cleanability of a blade is remarkably improved without using a lubricant to a toner, and a semipermanently good image is obtd. even if it is repeatedly used. |
