PURPOSE:To enable a part to be chucked, moved up and down and turned by 90 deg. by means of inserting an inner inserting small piston and an outer inserting sleeve to a hollow piston shaft mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A part chuck device 20 is set on the lower flange face of a piston shaft 1, and opening and closing of a chuck to chuck the part is done by means of a small diametral piston 2 which is installed in the piston shaft 1. The piston shaft 1 is fixed on a piston 4, and it can move up and down through the inside of a cylinder tube 5. Besides, a valvate part 5a is installed in contact with the inner diameter of a head block 10 in the center part of the cylinder tube 5, and by means of feeding air under pressure alternately through air holes c, d which are made at the head block 10 into the valvate part 5a, the cylinder tube 5 is effected forward and reverse 90 deg. revolution together with the piston shaft 1. Positioning of the 90 deg. revolution is done by means of a stopper 14 which is fixed on the head block 10, and stoppers 12, 13 which are installed by being adjusted preliminarily at the 90 deg. position on the housing 7. |
