PURPOSE:To enable a size to change a little with only a change of a cutting blade unit by fixing a changeable cutting blade unit onto a die in a cutting apparatus for steel plates and the like and providing a positioning means for positioning the unit. CONSTITUTION:Change of a cutting blade unit when a size of the material changes is done by fixing stays 49, 50 through butterfly screws 66, 67 to release a bolt and holding plates and taking out a key 41 from a key way 43 and locater pins 36 from holes 37, 38. Next, a cutting blade unit 23 is moved from a lower holder 16 onto the stays 49, 50 to be changed with a new cutting blade unit. The unit 23 slides along a floating ball 61 and a roller 46 to insert the locater pin 36 into the holes 37, 38 and position it onto the lower holder 16. When the key 41 is inserted into the key way 43 and the bolt is fastened, any motion along front and back, right and left, and perpendicular directions is limited to finish the installation. Then, the stays 49, 50 are bent to release the butterfly screws 66, 67 rotating them to thier store positions. |
