The aim of the invention is essentially to provide the conversion capability for optional flush-mounting and surface-mounting using simple means, in the case of apparatus connecting devices for electrical cookers, night storage heaters and the like. This is achieved essentially in that a bracket (clip) having expanded clamps is latched on the supporting frame of the apparatus connecting device from underneath, in the manner of a bayonet fitting. <IMAGE>
