PURPOSE:To execute collation and decision in a microprogram system, by providing a gap between an address part and a data part, which have been recorded in a rotary recording medium, and collating an address in this gap period. CONSTITUTION:1 period on a medium in case when a rotary body has been used as a recording medium is set to 1 track, and in a sector format of a sector which has divided said track to data transfer units, a gap (G1) 8 is provided between an error detecting code IDCRC4 of an address part, and a code for showing a data start point DSYNC5. The gap length of G1 is set to sufficient length to the time required for collation and decision of ID information by a microprogram (the number of microsteps X the time for 1 step) after the address part ID has been read out. |
