PURPOSE:To enable the title device to be used as a control valve for an expansible and contractible cylinder which is adopted to elevate a freight box, without using a specific freight box falling preventive member by a method wherein a stop section and a fastening means are provided between the spool or a position near the spool and the body of the title spool valve. CONSTITUTION:The spool 6 has a connecting section 7 to be connected to an operating power transmitting device such as a solenoid or a manual handle and the stop section 8 in the form of a circumferential groove is provided adjacent the connecting section 7. Further, the fastening means 9 is provided at the side end of the spool valve 1. With the above structure, in case where the freight box is desired to be held inclined for the purpose of inspecting machines and instruments arranged below the freight box, the spool 6 is moved to a second position while the expansible and contractible cylinder 27 is held expanded and a locking member 7 is made to engage, and fastened to the stop section 8. |
