SLUDGE COLLECTED AMOUNT DETECTING METHOD

PURPOSE:To keep a rotary container in a good condition and to reflect the good condition to the process management. CONSTITUTION:A strain gauge 2 is installed in the terminal plate of a rotary container 1 and the strained degree is detected by the strain gauge 2. Since the resistance of the strain gauge 2 alters corresponding to the strained degree of the rotary container 1, the sludge collected amount can be detected as the voltage alteration and the sludge collected amount can be calculated by comparing the detected result to previously prepared working curve.
