The arresting arrangement according to the invention can be used for a combined overrun and parking brake system, operable in parallel, for trailers with automatic reverse in the wheel brake. At the same time the parking brake system has a greater operating travel than the overrun brake system. The aim of the invention is to simplify the adjustment of brake systems of this type without using any special devices. An adjusting arrangement for the point of application of the brake of the overrun system is thus to be created in order to be able to adjust the brake system. According to the invention a locking disc of a type known in the art for the parking brake has only a single notch in the operating range of the overrun brake system, the position of which notch corresponds to the start of the overrun braking process, notches for arresting of the parking brake being arranged only in an area after the end of the overrun distance and/or the operating range of the automatic reverse. <IMAGE>
