PURPOSE:To easily remove a clamp side flange with a spanner even in the case where excessive grinding torque acts on a grinding wheel shaft by sticking or attaching material having solid lubricating ability to a part equivalent to a contact face with the flange of a grinding wheel shaft. CONSTITUTION:A fixed side flange 5 and a grinding wheel shaft 6 are mutually engaged through an engaging part 7 between the fixed side flange 5 and a grinding wheel clamping side flange 3 and an engaging part 8 between the flange 5 and the grinding wheel shaft 6, and clamping force caused by a screw is received on a contact face equivalent 9 where the grinding wheel shaft comes into contact with the flange. Material 11 having solid lubricating ability is sticked to the contact face equivalent 9 with the flange. The fixed side flange 5 is provided with a backlash which makes return torque acting from a nut onto a spanner in removing the grinding wheel 4 smaller than 2/3 of clamping torque in attaching the grinding wheel 4. In addition, Tic coating, various plastics and molybdenum disulfide are used as the material 11 having solid lubricating ability. |
