POLYACETAL MOLDING PROCESS HAVING IMPROVED MOLD DEPOSITION PROPERTY

摘要

PURPOSE:To remarkably decrease the MD deposited to a mold while enabling continuous molding of a polyacetal similar to conventional molding method and to obtain a molded polyacetal article without causing the deterioration of the surface properties and dimensional accuracy. CONSTITUTION:Mold-deposition property in a polyacetal molding process is improved by incorporating 100 pts.wt. of a polyacetal with 0.02-2.0 pts.wt. of water and/or an alcoholic compound containing hydroxyl group and having a boiling point of <=250 deg.C and molding the composition.
