The manufg method of spray-dried agglomerated product inducting inert gas into food extract and suspension before spray-drying was described. Extract and soln. or suspension passed through nozzle at the pressure changing from higher pressure than that of inert gas to lower pressure than that of inert gas, and then sprayed. The gas was partially removed from extract and soln. or suspension through nozzle using vibration instrument
