PURPOSE:To obtain a diazo copying materail having high shelf stability and giving high image density by making use of >=1 kind of coupling compnent represented by a specified general formula and >=1 kind of ester compound with >=200 deg.Cb.p. CONSTITUTION:A diazo copying material is prepared using at least 1 kind of of coupling component represented by fomulaIor II (where each of R1, R2 and R3 is H, halogen, alkyl or alkoxy) and at least 1 kind of ester compound with >=200 deg.Cb.p. An undercoat layer is optionally formed on a support, and a photosensitive layer made of said diazo copying material is formed. The amount of the used ester compound is 0.1-20pts.wt. to 1pt. of the coupling component. Both of a diazo compound and the coupling component may be added to the undercoat layer. |
