PURPOSE:To facilitate fast and slow motion adjustment by displaying the adjustment range and adjusted value in a fast and slow motion adjusting function on an electronic display device. CONSTITUTION:A time display device composed of a liquid-crystal display device is provided with the 1st display part 3 and the 2nd display part 4 each having 60 concentric display patterns, and normally performs hour, minute and second display. In fast and slow display mode, an adjustment range signal is supplied from a fast and slow adjusting circuit as a fast and slow display signal to display, for example, 20 patterns 3c-3v of the 1st display part 3 and two adjustment-direction indication marks 30 and 31, thereby clearing indicating an adjustment range by patterns 4c-4i of the 2nd display part 4 which correspond to the display range. At the same time, the pattern 4i of the 2nd display part 4 flashes by an initial value signal, thereby displaying an initial value. Then, display is performed at a position 4k which corresponds to a corrected value. |
