<p>PURPOSE:To provide the manufacture of a hollow resin formation which has no opening between its internal formation body and external formation body by conducting the integration of both formation bodies by sticking them together closely. CONSTITUTION:An external formation body 1 forming the predetermined shape of the outside of a hollow resin formation is formed. This is formed by molding plurally divided external formation body elements 3, 5 by means of injection molding or the like, for example, and bonding or welding them together. Also, an internal formation body 7 forming about the same or smaller shape than the predetermined shape of the hollow portion of the hollow resin formation if formed integrally by means of blow molding or the like. Next, the internal formation body 7 is arranged in the external formation body 1, and the internal formation body 7 is softened by heating it, and at the same time the inside is pressurized, and integration is realized by sticking the internal formation body 7 to the external formation body 1 closely.</p> |
