<p>PURPOSE: To provide an impression top that can be used even for a slender interval element of hexagonal design. CONSTITUTION: In the device to transfer the direction and a position of a dental implant or its extension element and an spacer element to a so-called work model, the device is composed of a base part 1 and an elongate upper part 4 projecting from this base part. This device is made of an elastic material so that be clamp fitting in obtained between the base part 1 and the implant or its extension element.
