BIOLOGICAL OXIDATION CONTACT MATERIAL, BIOLOGICAL OXIDATION APPARATUS AND WATER TREATMENT APPARATUS

PURPOSE:To minimize the supply of dissolved oxygen necessary for biological oxidation treatment and to provide a biological oxidation contact material free from clogging a biological oxidation apparatus with the use of the material, and a water treatment apparatus. CONSTITUTION:A contact element 10 of each stage which is hung from base materials (11a-11c) is installed in a biological oxidation tank 1. The contact element 10 is composed of a hollow body 16 and an auxiliary body 17 arranged around the hollow body 16. Oxygen is supplied into the hollow body 16 from an air source 32 through the base materials (11a-11c).
