CONSTITUTION:Since occupied trays 11, which are carried through a carry-in line 4, are taken into a warehouse 2 and the occupied trays 11 to be carried out from the warehouse 2 are delivered through a carry-out line 10, occupied trays 11 can be taken in and delivered simultaneously. At this stage, since vacant trays 12 are not delivered to the carry-in line 4, shortage of vacant tray 12 is generated in the carry-in line 4.
