RECYCLING METHOD FOR COMPONENT OF AUTOMOBILE

PURPOSE:To enable improvements in both of a quality and economy of a recycled molded product. CONSTITUTION:The title method is to obtain a recycled product by filling at least two kinds of pulverized waste materials comprised of thermoplastic resin and thermosetting resin materials into a fixed mold and performing heat press processing and possess the first heat press working process performing molding processing after filling the pulverized waste material into the mold and the second heat press working process welding a preliminary product obtained by heat press working and nonwoven fabric with each other. In the first heat press working process, thermoplastic resin is operated as a binder and the preliminary product which is favorable from a physical property point of view is obtained and in the second heat press working process, the nonwoven fabric is welded to the preliminary product and a completed product is obtained.
