PURPOSE: To find out a solving measure suitable for production simple and advantageous from an aspect of cost for ensuring the prevention of explosion at foaming of a housing (especially, a refrigerator housing having an inner liner). CONSTITUTION: An inert gas is introduced into a space where foaming must be performed through a servo-controlled inlet valve before a reaction mixture is introduced into the space. By this constitution, when a housing 4, especially, a refrigerator housing is foamed by using the reaction mixture capable of forming an explosive mixture along with oxygen in air at a time of the evaporation of a foaming agent, the danger of explosion is avoided by introducing the inert gas into the space 7 where foaming must be performed through the servo-controlled inlet valves 8, 9. |
