PURPOSE:To prevent the fletching abrasion of the fitting surface of a holding ring to a coil mounting shaft by fitting the holding ring to the coil mounting shaft at the end section side of the coil mounting shaft while disposing a slip-off preventing ring to the fitting section when the holding ring is set up to the coil mounting shaft. CONSTITUTION:When the holding ring 16 holding the end sections of superconducting field coils 3 is fitted and set up to the coil mounting shaft 2, only the end section at the torque tube 1 side of the holding ring 16 is shirnk-fitted. The slip-off preventing ring 24 is disposed to the shirnk-fitting section. Accordingly, the fletching abrasion is not generated, and an insulating layer need not be thickened up to not less than value required because there is no coil 3 at the inside of the slip-off preventing ring 24. |
