PURPOSE:To prevent a conductive adhesive from adhering to an open end of a resonator, by enclosing an outer conductor of a dielectric coaxial TEM resonator contained in a conductor case with a conductor film. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of 1/2 wavelength dielectric coaxial TEM resonators are contained in a conductor case to form a dielectir coaxial TEM resonator. In this case, the outer conductor of a resonator 3 is enclosed with a conductor foil 122 and the outer conductor of the resonator 3 and the conductor foil 122 are fixed with, e.g. solder. Next, a conductive adhesive is coated on the conductor foil 122, and this is contained and fixed to a conductor case. Thus, the conductive adhesive is prevented from being adhered to the open end of the resonator 3. |
