PURPOSE:To decrease bending stress working to a rotor conductor when forming a short-circuiting ring, and to prevent the breaking of the rotor conductor by mounting the short-circuiting ring attached to a shaft and a supporting member welded. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of the rotor conductors 4 are inserted and mounted to a core 2 set up to the rotatable shaft 1 in the axial direction, and the short- circuiting rings 5 are connected to the end sections of the rotor conductors 4, the core 2 and the mutual adjacent rotor conductors 4 through padding and welding while the annular supporting members 3, diameters thereof in the axial direction are ones approximately the same as the inside diameters of the short- circuiting rings 5, are mounted at both ends of the core 2. Accordingly, bending stress working to the end sections of each rotor conductor 4 is reduced because heat-shrinking force working in the direction that the diameters are shrunk is restricted by the outside diameters of the supporting members 3. |
