PURPOSE:To make the titled extruder small and to reduce the energy consumption, by arranging a die through a gear pump to the forcing-out part at the tip of a screw extruder of an extrusion molder connected via a chute to a continuous type kneader for high molecular materials. CONSTITUTION:The resin raw material that has been melted and kneaded by a rotor 26 in the continuous type kneader 21 is discharged to the chute 22 into a rod shape, which is fed to the screw type extruder 30. The melted resin pressurized by a screw 34 in the extruder 30 is further pressurized to an extrusion pressure of 50-250kg/cm<2> by the gear pump 31, and is cut by an underwater cutter 40 into granules. In this arrangement, since the length of the screw is 1/2-1/3 of the prior art, the arrangement can be made small, and the energy consumption can be reduced to 1/2-1/3 of the prior art. |
