PURPOSE:To easily manufactue a bellows pipe by only loading axial force, by covering the circumference of a metallic pipe with the inside circumferential surface of a cylinder, and making upper and lower pressing walls approach close to each other. CONSTITUTION:Both end parts 2 of metallic pipes are fittd into pressing walls 3, 4 provided with grooves 5, and both the end parts of the metallic pipes are fixed. Subsequently, a side holding plate 6 is made close to the metallic pipe by taking the extent projecting to bellows into consideration, and its circumference is covered. After that, when the pressing walls 3, 4 are made close to each other so as to be opposed, and axial force is loaded on the metallic pipe, a uniform bellows pipe 7 is obtaned immediately. In this way, the bellows pipe is manufactured easily by only loading the axial force by a press. |
