PURPOSE:To expand an available area of a portable TV set, by connecting an output terminal of a wire and an input part of the portable TV set by use of a wire through a jack, etc., so that television can be received by making the most of the characteristics of the portable TV set even in an area where a radio wave of general TV broadcasting cannot be received. CONSTITUTION:For instance, object areas where a portable TV set is available, an airplane, a vessel, an electric train, etc., and in their inside, plural video output master machines 8 such as a VTR, etc. are installed, and a wire video signal transmission line 10 for sending a video signal to each seat 12 in its inside from the master machine 8 is placed. On each seat 12, a video output terminal 11 is provided, and to this output terminal, an input part wire connecting jack 7 provided in a portable TV case 3 is connected. This jack 7 is made to serve as a connecting terminal of a rod antenna of the portable TV set, too, so that a user 13 can select it. As for a display element of this portable TV set, a non-CRT such as LC, EC, EL, etc. is used, a shape of the case 3 is made small-sized, and the available area of the portable TV set is expanded. |
