<p>PURPOSE: To provide a card made of a PET material which can print with full colors of high quality in a short time with low cost and a method for manufacturing the card, and a card printing system for conducting editing of a print design and print of the card. CONSTITUTION: A card 10 using a PET material is so superposed that a polished surface and a surface coated with the heat fusible adhesive material 11 of a film 12 having excellent dyeing properties are opposed, and inserted from a winding side to the gap between heat rollers 13 and 14 reversely rotated to each other. Then, the material 11 is melted by the heats of the rollers, and the film 12 and the card 10 are adhered. The gap of the rollers 13, 14 is set narrower than the sum of the thickness of the card 10 to the thicknesses of the film 12 and the material 11. The film 12 and the card 10 are press-bonded to complete a card. Digital image data input to a computer is edited and printed on the completed card.</p> |
