发明名称 METHOD FOR REGENERATING WATER-BASED PRINTING INK
摘要 <p>PURPOSE: To eliminate insufficient glass, defective friction, etc., enable regeneration and reutilization of an ink, reduce the cost and prevent a waste liquor ink from being produced by vacuum decompressing a used residual ink containing an excessive amount of water and removing the water. CONSTITUTION: A waste ink containing an excessive amount of water due to mixing, etc., of diluting water or wash water therein is vacuum decompressed, preferably within 500-755mmHg decompression range at 45-70 deg.C and 10-40r.p.m. as the rotational frequency preferably using a vacuum decompressing dehydrator to remove water and a stock solution ink or an assistant such as an emulsion of an alkaline agent is then preferably added thereto. Thereby, a water-based printing ink (e.g. a water-based flexographic ink or a water-based gravure ink) is regenerated.</p>
