<p>PURPOSE: To obtain a synthetic resin vessel without necessity of a cover with a structure in which liquid is not leaked from a fusion bonded part, and provide a method for molding the vessel. CONSTITUTION: A flat fill opening 3 opened by longitudinally pressing along a ridge 2b is provided at the ridge 2b of a vessel body 2. At least one of ribs 3c, 3d is provided in parallel with and/or across the direction of the ridge 2b at the part of the opening 3. Further, a heat fusion bonded part 3b for sealing is provided. The direction of the ridge 2b is agreed with the extrusion direction of a parison, the parison formed with the opening 3 and the part of the body 2 continued to the opening 3 is pre-blown, mold-clamped, and the parison is then expanded by air pressure from an air pin at the peripheral wall of a cavity for forming the body 2 and the entire fill opening to be molded in a hollow state.</p> |
