PURPOSE:To simplify the structure and to achieve the high speed by performing the putting in and out of the pallet on the table at the work station and the rotation of the table through the independent cylinder. CONSTITUTION:The first pallet 1 is mounted on the table at the work station while the second pallet 2 is mounted on the base 3 of the pallet changer. The base is supported on the rotary shaft 5 while the slewing cylinder 13 and the lever 10, 12 driving member are provided through the ratchet mechanism to the lower section of the shaft 5 thus to rotate the shaft 5 by the predetermined angle. The lever 18 for moving the pallet 2 to the position of the pallet 1 is driven by the cylinder. By means of said two cylinders, the driving function is facilitated resulting in the speed up. |
