PURPOSE:To enhance the work efficiency of wire winding, by providing a clutch for engaging and disengaging a loose drum to and from a drum shaft so that the loose drum is connected to the drum shaft through the clutch when the wire is rewound and is driven to rotate in the direction of the rewinding. CONSTITUTION:There is provided a dry type single plate magnetic clutch comprising a rotor part 206 and an armature part 207, the rotor part 206 being attached to the front end of a drum shaft 203 and the armature part 207 being attached to a loose drum 202. If a motor for driving a winding reel is stopped and magnetically energizing current is fed to the rotor part 206 of the clutch, when a disorderly wounded condition or a spirally wounded condition is presented, the armature part 207 is attracted and coupled to the rotor part 206, so that the torque is transmitted from the rotor part 206 to the armature part 207, and the loose drum 202 is rotated in the direction (a) since the torque from the drum shaft 203 is transmitted to the loose drum 202. Thus, a metal wire 1 wound onto the winding reel 3 is rewound, thereby the disorderly wound condition or the spirally wound condition may be eliminated. |
