The optical disk player comprises a disk chucking device for locating and landing a disk(D) on the exact location, a pick-up spiral moving device for simultaneously moving a pick-up(4) rotationally and linearly to follow the spiral track on the disk(D), a slop compensation device which compensates for slope of the misaligned pick-up, a top cover(61) turned upwardly and downwardly, a bottom case(63) hinged with the top cover(61), a round fixing table(31) on which the disk lands, and a magnetic chuck(32) which presses top surface of the disk interacting with the fixed disc(31).
