PURPOSE:To pick up paper notes if pickup request comes within a prescribed time, by taking out paper notes after a prescribed time when a sensor provided at a paper note paying outlet judges the presence of paper notes, and storing the transaction information at that time. CONSTITUTION:In an automatic transaction device, an output of a paper note detection sensor 2 provided at the payment outlet of paper notes to be given to a user is applied to a paper note presence/absence discrimination circuit 12. A transaction processing main controlling circuit 13 starts the 1st timer 14 when the transaction processing operation is finished. When a preset time of the timer 14 is elapsed and the circuit 12 discriminates the presence of paper notes, a paper note misplace information signal is applied to the circuit 13. Thus, the circuit 13 stores the transaction information for the time in a storage device 16, the paper notes are taken in, they are pooled in a temporary storage 8 via a take-in delivery section 6, and a timer 17 is started at the same time. When the user inputs a confirming secret number from the section 16 within a predetermined time, the circuit 13 compares the number with the transaction information stored in the device 16, and when they are coincident, the paper notes in the storage 8 are carried to an outlet via a paper note supply section 5. |
