PURPOSE:To enable to perform an electrophiresis through fetching of only a component with a specified particle size contained in a sample, by a method wherein a filter exchanging mechanism is mounted to an electrophoresis line running from a sample introducing part to a detector, and a sample extracting mechanism is installed. CONSTITUTION:A filter exchanging mechanism 8, which can switch filters 12a- 12d to an electrophoresis pipe 5, and a sample extracting mechanism 13 are situated between a sample introducing part 4 and a detector 6. The filter exchanging mechanism 8 consists of two disc-shaped stationary terminals 9 and 11, being coupled to both the electrophoresis pipe 5 and an extracting pipe 15 and on the same periphery from a center O, and a rotor 10 rotatably and slidably positioned between the nip formed by the terminals 9 and 11. The sample extracting mechanism 13 consists of an extracted liquid tank 14, an extracting pipe 15 for coupling extracted liquid to the sample introducing part 4 through perforations 9b, 11b in stationary terminals 9, 11, and an extracted liquid-conveying pump 16 which enables extracted liquid to perform an electrophoresis to the sample introducing part 4 through the filters 12a-12d. |
