PURPOSE:To prevent previously runaway of a traveling car, by always monitoring the working condition of a throttle valve driving device of a traveling device at a constant speed like a car, etc. and detecting the abnormal operation to immediately cut the power supply of a driving device. CONSTITUTION:The outputs (c) and (d) of the actuator driving parts 120 and 130 of a traveling device 1 at a constant speed are connected to the coils of solenoid valves 2 and 3 and then to a power supply 6 via a contact of a power supply holding relay 5. An end of the valve 2 is opened to the air, and the other end is connected to a bellows 10 and an end of the valve 3 via a pipe 7. The other end of the valve 3 is connected to a manifold pipe 9 of an engine 13 via a pipe 8. A throttle valve 11 is connected to the bellows 10 via a cable 12 to control the opening. The outputs (a) and (b) of a control part 110 and the outputs (c) and (d) are fed to a fault detecting circuit 4. A fault is decided by a program of a computer provided at the part 110. When a fault is detected, the power supply 6 is cut via the relay 5. |
