发明名称 MEASURING DEVICE FOR FLUORESCENCE
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a multiple wavelength observing fluorescence measuring device having a simple constitution, by exciting a sample by a light having a selected wavelength and by separating a fluorescence from the sample into several fluxes to be observed. CONSTITUTION:A light having an excitation wavelength, which is a required monochromatic light delivered from a light source 1 and selected by a filter or a monochromator 2, falls in a sample 3. Then, a fluorescence generated by this sample 3 is taken out as two fluxes 4 and 5 or more in opposite two directions from a cell 3. Each of the fluxes 4 and 5 is received by each of detectors 8 and 9 through each of filters or monochromators 6 and 7 which take out different wavelengths respectively, and thereby the intensity of fluorescence having two or more wavelengths is measured. According to this constitution, a multiple wavelength observing fluorescence measuring device having a simple constitution is obtained.
