Ice lollies are decorated throughout with a contracting material by shooting it into the lollies from a high pressure nozzle as a series of jets which form a pattern. Heat transfer from the material into the frozen lollies causes it to be frozen in position. As shown, ice lollies 4 frozen in the pockets of a freezing machine are lifted out by an arm 9 having clamps 10 to grip the sticks of the lollies and are rotated and placed between high pressure nozzles 15. <IMAGE> |
