<p>PURPOSE:To confine a sound generated in a vacuum column in a device frame, by forming holes for leading into the device frame near the entrance of the vacuum column. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic tape unwound from a payoff reel 2 forms loops 10 in vacuum columns 11 and 12 and is wound around a take-up reel 3. Near the boundary line of column glass 6 at the upper part (entrance side) of the left column 11, holes 7 for guiding a sound generate during variations of the loops to the back side of a tape deck 1 are formed, and a cover plate 9 for leakage to the surface is provided to secure sound insulation. Thus, the sound generated in the left vacuum column 11 is confined in the device frame.</p> |
