<p>PURPOSE:To make a silencer compact and execute effective silencing, by providing a runner at the suction or discharge side of a compressor so that the runner is moved by the driving force of the compressor. CONSTITUTION:A runner 18, which has revolving curved vanes 20 and is moved by external motive power for driving a compressor, is provided at the suction or discharge side, if necessary at the both sides of the compressor. Since the vanes 20 slide on the casing 1, the noise of the compressor is insulated by the air between the vanes so that the noise does not come out. Since the runner 18 is moved in connection with the compressor, its suction and discharge efficiency are not deteriorated.</p> |
