PURPOSE:To reduce starting torque and send papers with lesser consumption of power without turning motors all the time by using a system in which the elastic recovery force of an elastic material acts in the turning direction of a delivery mechanism at the time of the starting of the delivery mechanism by motor. CONSTITUTION:By a signal of ending of printing for the first line, a solenoid SO1 is excited for a short period of time, the armature portion 6a of a claw 6 is sucked, and the claw 6 moves against the tension of a spring 7 to release its coupling with the claw 4a of a ratchet 4. Whereupon, the ratchet 4 is turned counterclockwise by the recovery force of the spring 8, and a rubber roller 11a begins to feed papers. At the same time as the ratched 4 turns, a motor 3 begins to turn, the ratches 4 connected with a follow wheel 1 through the spring 8 is also turned and the feeding of papers is advanced. By one rotation of the ratchet 4, the claw 6 is coupled with the claw 4a, the ratchet 4 is stopped, and at the same time the motor 3 is also stopped. However, the motor 3 turns slightly by inertia and the energy is absorbed by the spring 8 to become drive force for the next starting. |
