PURPOSE:To shorten the queuing time for the response of the control, by synchronizing the control signal, which is transmitted from a control station, and a monitor item signal, which is returned from a station to be controlled, with each other. CONSTITUTION:An RZ code which has the pulse width modulated is transmitted cyclically from a supervisory controller 1 to an S/P converting part 3 through a transmission line 2. When it is discriminated in an address detecting part 4 that this RZ code is the address signal of this slave station, a control item signal is supplied as a parallel signal to a data latch part 5 to execute a required control. Simultaneously, a supervisory item signal latched in a data latch part 7 is converted to an NRZ code in a data selecting part 8 synchronously with the rise of the bit of the control item signal by a sequence part 6 and is transmitted to the supervisory controller 1 through a transmission line 9. The synchronizing signal in the cyclic control signal is detected in a synchronizing signal detecting part 10 to establish the frame synchronization of the control signal. |
