PURPOSE:To carry out an accurate molding of louver plates as well as smplify the manufacturing process, by protruding a louver part upward during its rotation with circular slits around the radial slit circumference twisted, while molding them into a louver form. CONSTITUTION:Leaving a plate portion 8d behind in the center of a plate block 8, a circular slit 8i is set up while a radial slit 8b and rings 8f are kept intact. A slit 8h is pressurized vertically with an upper mold 14 and a lower mold 15 and molded to form a louver door 8e and, while pressing around a guard part 8c with an upper press mold 16 and a lower press mold 17 and rotating the upper mold 14 and the lower mold 15 clockwise 18 upward 19, a louver door 8g is molded upon protrusion of the slit 8i. Since the guard part 8c is made up of the plate block 8 in a body, the stage of work is less. Outside louvers 8g are turned out much more than inside louver doors so that clearance in the outside doors 8g will not be widen. |
