PURPOSE:To simplify operation of a blower switch by controlling an air conditioner for a vehicle to rotate the blower without jdudging whether or not the blower switch is turned off when the rotational frequency of an engine is higher than a set value and room temperature is lower than a set value. CONSTITUTION:If the rotational frequency of an engine is higher than a certain value and the room temeperature is lower than a certain value, whether or not a blower switch S3 is in high speed mode H1 is judged without judging whether or not the switch S3 is turned off. If the switch S3 is set in the high speed mode, the blower 3 is operated with high speed. Also, if the switch S3 is not set in the high speed mode, the presence of passengers in a vehicle chamber is judged. If a passenger sensor S2 is turned off, any effect on the passenger is absent so that the blower 3 is rotated with high speed to raise early room temperature. Also, in the presence of the passengers in the rrom, the passenger sensor S2 is turned on so that a control unit 11 judges the condition of a water temperature detecting switch S1 and the blower is automatically controlled. Also, if the switch S1 is turned off and the room is not yet warmed, the blower 3 is rotated with low speed. |
